Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Include all original components and packaging.
- Be free from damage caused after delivery.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To request a return:
- Contact our Customer Care team.
- Include your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll provide return instructions if your request is approved.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as this may delay the processing of your return.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a product that arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or other reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If any exclusions apply to your purchase, they will be clearly stated on the product page.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
If a replacement or refund is approved due to our mistake, we will provide instructions regarding return shipping at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
