Thank you for choosing Triple. We know that when you're preparing for surgery or supporting a loved one through recovery, receiving your order on time is important.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll notify you by email.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your shipping destination and carrier availability.

Typical delivery estimates are:

United States 5–10 business days
Canada 7–12 business days
Australia 7–15 business days
Europe 7–15 business days

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can also monitor your shipment at any time by visiting our Track Order page.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.


Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.

We'll do our best to update your address before your order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes.


Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items in your order may be shipped separately.

If this happens, you'll receive separate tracking information for each shipment when applicable.


Delays

Occasionally, shipping may take longer than expected due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Peak holiday seasons
  • Unexpected transportation disruptions

We appreciate your patience if delays occur and will do our best to keep you informed.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before submitting your order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of any damaged packaging or products (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll work with the shipping carrier to review the situation and assist you in finding an appropriate resolution.
