Our Warranty Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect under normal use during the applicable warranty period, we'll review your claim and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.

Our goal is to make the process simple, fair, and hassle-free.


What the Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects that affect the normal use of the product, including issues such as:

  • Defects in materials
  • Defects in workmanship
  • Products that arrive with missing or damaged components due to manufacturing

Each warranty claim is reviewed individually by our Customer Care team.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Improper storage
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage caused by use outside the intended purpose
  • Cosmetic wear that does not affect product performance

Warranty Period

The applicable warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the warranty applies for 12 months from the delivery date.

Some products may have different warranty terms, which will be clearly indicated on the product page when applicable.


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To begin a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Care team with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging if relevant

Providing complete information helps us review your claim more quickly.


Warranty Review Process

Once we receive your claim, our team will review the information provided.

If additional details are needed, we'll contact you.

If your claim is approved, we'll determine the most appropriate solution based on the nature of the issue.

This may include:

  • A replacement product
  • A replacement component
  • Another appropriate resolution, depending on the circumstances

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Triple or an authorized sales channel.

The warranty is limited to the original purchaser unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits any statutory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country or state.
